FRESNO, Calif. – Fresno FC ended its first week of preseason in festive fashion as The Foxes revealed their first-ever line of jerseys before a standing-room only crowd of fans at the Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Company on Friday, Feb. 2.
Sporting Los Zorros' inaugural kits were midfielder Rony Argueta, who wore the club's home colors, a sky-blue jersey with a navy-blue sash; center back Mickey Daly, modeled the club's white away kit, and midfielder Juan Pablo Caffa donned the solid navy blue alternate jersey. Goalkeepers Sean Melvin and Agustin Rey, modeled the primary orange and secondary red goalkeeper jerseys, respectively.
The Foxes' jerseys also featured the El Mexicano logo on the chest, and Mercedes-Benz logo on the sleeve, after two major partnership deals were struck last week. El Mexicano is the longest front-of-jersey sponsor for a soccer club in the United States, having been the front sponsor for the Premier Development League’s Fresno Fuego since the club's start in 2003. The flagship brand of Marquez Brothers International will continue its support for Central California soccer, after agreeing to a two-year partnership with Fresno FC.
